About Our Team

Our team at Southeast Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center is dedicated to meeting and exceeding the needs of every individual in our care. Our mission is to provide a bridge between an inpatient hospital care for our short term residents, and to achieve and maintain the highest possible level of functioning while enhancing the quality of life for each of our long term residents.

We are able to accomplish this with our twenty four hour skilled nursing staff who are committed to provide each individual with the care they need, a highly trained rehabilitation staff with individualized treatment plans for ultimate success.
